Privacy policy

Last updated: 28 October 2026

Moments is a journal app for Android made by The Cue Project Ltd ("we", "us"). This policy explains what happens to the information you put into it. The short version: your moments stay on your phone. We don't collect, see or store any of them.

What the app stores, and where

Everything you add — the text of your moments, photos, videos, voice notes, tags, your settings and any handwriting font you import — is saved only in the app's private storage on your device. The app has no account, no sign-in and no server of ours to send it to.

We don't use analytics, advertising, crash reporting or any other tracking, and the app makes no network connections of its own.

What the app can access on your phone

When information leaves your phone

Only when you decide it should:

Purchases

The optional "Moments unlock" is bought through Google Play. Google handles the payment under its own privacy policy. We never receive your card or payment details — the app only learns from Google Play whether the unlock has been bought.

Children

Moments isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone — including children.

Deleting your information

You can delete any moment in the app. Uninstalling Moments removes everything it stored on your phone. Copies you've shared or exported elsewhere aren't affected — delete those where you saved them.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
